    THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH PRINTING COUPONS FROM THIS SITE FOR SMARTSOURCE AND REDPLUM. I HAVE LOST OUT ON COUPONS BECAUSE I KEEP ATTEMPTING TO PRINT BUT CONTINUE TO GET A MESSAGE TELLING ME “BROWSER VERSION REQUIREMENT IS NOT SUCCESSFUL”. I HAVE USED THE HELP LINK AND FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY JAVA SETTINGS AND NO SUCCESS YET, I HAVE DOWNLOADED MOZILLA FIREFOX TO MY SYSTEM AND NO SUCCESS YET, I HAVE TRIED USING INTERNET EXPLORER AND GOOGLE CHROME AND STILL NO SUCCESS. PLEASE TELL ME A SOLUTION. I HAVE LOST OUT ON TOO MANY COUPONS BECAUSE OF THIS AND NOW BEING TOLD I HAVE REACHED MY LIMIT WHEN I HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO PRINT NOT A ONE.

      Renee,

      Many people are having trouble printing from this site including me.
      Try printing it from different browser. It’s interesting because I cannot print from Chrome from this site but it print from Firefox or Explorer. Make sure your Java is updated. Uninstall your old version then install the new version. Test printing the coupon you don’t need first just in case it don’t work.
